Lead Our Coffee Shop Outreach – “The Source”

We’re looking for someone with a heart for hospitality and community to oversee our two church kitchens and lead The Source, our twice weekly coffee shop ministry.

Create a warm, welcoming space where visitors feel at home and volunteers thrive.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and run The Source as a missional outreach project

· Oversee smooth operation of Coffee Shop mornings

· Recruit, train, and support volunteers

· Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and safety

· Manage stock, purchasing, cash handling, and documentation

· Support church events requiring catering

· Provide cover for any Coffee Shop role when needed
